Getting Started
(4 questions)Getting started is easy:
- Sign up for a free account — you get 25 credits every month, no card required.
- Pick a tool or workflow — a single tool, or a complete e-commerce, real estate, or photography workflow.
- Upload your image (JPG, PNG, or WebP).
- Process and download your result in seconds.
Upload JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WebP. Export to PNG, JPG, WebP, or AVIF.
Maximum file size depends on your plan: 10 MB on the free tier, up to 50 MB on Pro and above.
Image resolution limits depend on the operation:
- 2x upscale: Up to 64 MP input on every paid plan (8000×8000px)
- 4x upscale: Up to 16 MP on Starter, 20 MP on Pro, 25 MP on Business
- 8x upscale: Available from Starter up — 4 MP on Starter, 5 MP on Pro, 6 MP on Business
- Other AI tools: Up to your tier's general input limit (5 MP on Free, 64 MP on every paid plan)
Holding pay-as-you-go credits grants Starter-level limits (64 MP uploads, batch processing, and 8x upscaling) while the credits last, even without a subscription.
Processing time varies by operation: background removal takes 5–10 seconds, 2x upscaling 10–20 seconds, 4x upscaling 20–40 seconds, and 8x upscaling 40–80 seconds. Standard editing tools (crop, convert, compress) process almost instantly. Times may increase during peak hours; Pro subscribers get priority queue access.
AI Enhancement Tools
(7 questions)AI upscaling reconstructs real detail instead of just stretching pixels:
- 2x Upscale: 1 credit — double resolution
- 4x Upscale: 2 credits — quadruple resolution
- 8x Upscale: 3 credits — best for small or low-resolution originals
For anime, manga, and illustrations, use Upscale Anime (always 4x, 2 credits), which preserves line art and flat colors.
Face Restoration sharpens and reconstructs facial detail in blurry, low-resolution, or degraded photos — portraits, selfies, group shots, and old scans. It handles multiple faces in one image and includes 2× upscaling. Cost: 2 credits. For physically damaged or torn photos, use Old Photo Restoration instead.
Background removal uses a state-of-the-art segmentation model with clean edges on hair, fur, and fine detail, returning a transparent PNG. You can also replace the background with a solid color, gradient, or AI-generated scene. Cost: 1 credit for removal, 2–3 credits for replacement.
Use the Remove Objects or Remove Text tools:
- Upload your image
- Brush over what you want to remove (Remove Text can auto-detect)
- Process — the AI fills the area from the surrounding image
Cost: 2 credits per image. Works best with simple backgrounds.
Beyond upscaling and background tools, EnhanceCraft includes:
- Denoise (1 credit) — remove grain and ISO noise
- Deblur (2 credits) — recover sharpness from motion/focus blur
- Dehaze (2 credits) — cut atmospheric haze and fog
- Old Photo Restoration (3 credits) — repair, colorize, and restore faces
- Smart Crop (1 credit) — auto-crop to any aspect ratio
- Perspective Correction (1 credit) — straighten walls and fix distortion
- Color Grading (1 credit) — match tone to a reference image
- AI Relight (3 credits) — add studio lighting without a reshoot
Yes. Chain operations and each runs on the output of the previous one — for example:
- Upscale → Face Restoration → Convert to WebP
- Remove Background → Replace Background → Compress
- Denoise → Deblur → Upscale
Credits are the sum of each operation. For common multi-step jobs, a workflow preset bundles the steps at a discounted price.
Pick by what you're producing:
- E-commerce sellers — product pipeline, ghost mannequin, studio shadows
- Real estate agents — virtual staging, sky replacement, day-to-dusk, window pull
- Photographers — denoise, deblur, upscale for print, restore faces
E-commerce & Product Photos
(3 questions)Use the Product Pipeline preset — it runs the whole job in one pass: background removal, 4x upscale, enhancement, centering, and marketplace formatting.
- Amazon preset: 5 credits — white background, sized to Amazon's requirements
- Shopify preset: 4 credits — clean, listing-ready output
Both are cheaper than running each step separately, and you can batch a whole catalog. See the e-commerce workflow.
Ghost Mannequin turns mannequin or hanger shots into clean invisible-mannequin catalog images — it fills the garment interior, removes the background, and upscales, in one job (4 credits, or 5 with an added contact shadow and reflection). It’s the standard look for apparel listings, without a studio.
The Reflection & Shadow tool (2 credits) adds a physically accurate contact shadow and surface reflection to a transparent product cut-out, so isolated products look studio-shot instead of floating on the page. Choose the surface type and adjust shadow softness and reflection strength.
Real Estate Photos
(5 questions)The Real Estate Edit Pack (3 credits) handles standard listing fixes in one job — straighten walls, cut noise, balance color, and boost the lawn. Add window pull for blown-out windows with the Pack + Windows preset (5 credits).
You can batch a whole property shoot so every photo comes out consistent. See the real estate workflow.
Virtual Staging (6 credits) furnishes an empty room with realistic, perspective-correct AI furniture — pick the room type and design style. Walls, windows, and doors stay exactly as shot; only the furniture is added. It helps buyers picture living in a vacant space without the cost of physical staging.
Yes — disclose digitally staged or materially altered photos. Most MLS systems and real estate associations require it.
Every Virtual Staging output includes a discreet "Virtually Staged" label by default for exactly this reason. Cosmetic edits like sky replacement, day-to-dusk, and window pull change lighting and surroundings rather than the property's permanent structure, but when in doubt, note "Digitally Enhanced" in the listing.
Sky Replacement (2 credits) swaps a dull or blown-out sky for a clear blue, golden-hour, or dramatic one while keeping rooflines and trees intact. Day-to-Dusk (3 credits) turns a daytime exterior into a glowing twilight hero shot with warm lit windows — without waiting for the real 20-minute twilight window. Both keep the building pixel-for-pixel; only the light and sky change.
Interior shots often blow the windows out to pure white. Window Pull (3 credits) recovers a realistic exterior view through the glass — garden, skyline, or open sky — so rooms look bright and the view helps sell them.

On Starter and Pro plans, unused subscription credits roll over each month and accumulate up to 3x your monthly allocation (Starter: max 900, Pro: max 2,400). Business plan credits do not roll over. Subscription credits stay valid while your subscription is active. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire.
When you run out of credits you cannot process images with AI tools, but the free tools (crop, resize, compress, convert) remain available. You can buy pay-as-you-go credits anytime or upgrade to a subscription. See the Pricing page for options.
Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. If a technical issue prevented you from using credits, contact support — refund requests are handled case by case within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for details.
Payments are processed securely through Polar, our merchant of record. We accept major credit and debit cards; available options may vary by region, and taxes are handled automatically at checkout.
Account & Settings
(4 questions)Go to Settings → Security, enter your current password, then your new password twice, and save. We recommend a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication.
API keys let you integrate our tools programmatically (available on Pro and above).
- Go to Settings → API Keys
- Create a key and give it a descriptive name
- Copy it (shown only once)
See the API documentation to get started.
The History page shows all your processed images — filter by status, sort by date, and download results. Output files are kept based on your plan: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro, and 180 days on Business, after which they are automatically deleted.
Yes — Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent and removes your processing history, saved images, and remaining credits. Active subscriptions are cancelled immediately without refund.
Batch Processing
(3 questions)Batch processing runs the same operation or workflow across multiple images at once. Upload a set (up to 50 images), and they process in parallel — ideal for product catalogs and full property shoots. Presets can be batched too.
Up to 50 images per standard batch (up to 100 in Custom Config mode). Credits are charged per image — for example, upscaling 10 images at 2x costs 10 credits.
Standard (Quick Config) batches apply the same operation and settings to every image. Custom Config mode lets you set per-image options — crop, format, background, and mask — within a single batch.
Troubleshooting
(4 questions)Common reasons for job failures:
- Invalid file format: use JPG, PNG, or WebP
- File too large: 10 MB on Free, up to 50 MB on Pro
- Corrupted image: re-save it in an editor and retry
- Insufficient credits: check your balance
- Temporary server error: try again in a few minutes
If it persists, contact support with your job ID.
Processing time depends on image size, operation, and server load. Large images and complex operations (like 8x upscaling or virtual staging) take longer. If a job stays queued for more than 10 minutes it may have hit a technical issue — contact support.
Output files are kept by plan — 7 days on Free, 30 on Starter, 90 on Pro, and 180 on Business — then deleted. For older jobs, the file has expired. For recent jobs, refresh the page or clear your browser cache; if it persists, contact support.
AI processing can produce unexpected results in some cases:
- Upscaling artifacts: very low-quality sources may show invented detail
- Faces: restoration works best on frontal faces
- Background edges: complex scenes may need a touch-up
- Virtual staging / staging tools: work best on empty, well-lit rooms
Tip: start from the original, unedited image for the most believable result.
API & Integration
(4 questions)Use the REST API (available on Pro and above):
- Create an API key in Settings → API Keys
- Read the API documentation
- Make authenticated requests to the endpoints
The API uses the same credit system as the web app.
API access is included on Pro and above (not on Free or Starter):
- Pro: 50 requests/min, 50,000/month, up to 10 keys
- Business: 200 requests/min, 200,000/month, up to 50 keys
- Enterprise: 10,000+/min, custom volume
Every response includes rate-limit headers showing your current status.
Yes. Send the operations for the pipeline and set the preset_type field to bill the job at the bundle price — for example marketplace-amazon or real-estate-pack. See the API docs and the integrations page.
Yes. Images you process are yours to use commercially — we claim no rights to your input or output. You are responsible for having the rights to the original images you upload.
